GTM Engineering

Outbound that earns replies and books meetings.

We build the machine behind modern outbound: signal-based lists, enrichment, sender infrastructure that protects your domain, and sequences synced to your CRM. Research and sequencing run as a system, and judgment stays with your team.

Why this exists

Outbound in 2026 is an engineering problem first.

High-volume, untargeted sending no longer performs. What works is a small, well-researched list reached at the right moment, from infrastructure that inbox providers trust.

The bought list

Ten thousand stale contacts, a 12% bounce rate, and a domain reputation that takes months to repair.

The burned domain

Sequences fired from the main company domain, no warmup, no throttling. Now even invoices land in spam.

The scattered stack

Apollo, a sequencer and three Chrome extensions, none connected to the CRM. Replies get lost; follow-ups depend on memory.

What we do

The machine, end to end.

We build and document each piece. You own all of it: the accounts, the lists, the sequences and the data.

Talk through your outbound

Signal-based list building: hiring, funding, tech-stack and intent signals instead of static filters

Enrichment waterfalls in Clay: multiple providers, verified emails, research columns your reps use

Sender infrastructure: secondary domains, mailbox warmup, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, throttling that protects deliverability

Sequencing: Instantly or Apollo flows with stop-on-reply, bounce handling and clean unsubscribe paths

CRM sync: every touch, reply and meeting lands in HubSpot or Pipedrive with an owner

Compliance by design: CASL and CAN-SPAM requirements built into the sequences, not bolted on

Reporting that counts meetings: booked calls and pipeline created, not opens and send counts

Playbook handoff: documentation so your team can run and adapt the system without us

Fig. 02The console you inherit: a healthy sending domain, a four-touch sequence, and every reply routed to a person the moment it lands.

Representative scenarios

Where outbound builds usually start.

Outbound scopes get their own written number after a 30-minute call. These are the builds we price most often.

6 TO 10 HRS · $900 TO $1,500

The verified prospect list

A signal-based prospect list, enriched and verified in Clay, with research notes, synced to your CRM and ready to work.

8 TO 12 HRS · $1,200 TO $1,800

Sender infrastructure, done right

Secondary domains, mailboxes, warmup, authentication and throttling. The setup that keeps your main domain safe.

15 TO 25 HRS · $2,250 TO $3,750

The full outbound system

Signals, lists, infrastructure, sequences, CRM sync and reporting, plus the playbook to run it yourselves.

Hours billed as actuals against a written cap. Sequenced copy is drafted with you; your voice, our structure.

Before you spend a dollar

When outbound is the wrong move.

If you have never closed a customer outside your network, outbound will amplify silence, not fix it. You need three things first: proof someone pays for this, a sentence describing who, and the capacity to take the calls if it works.

If you have those, a small engineered system beats a big noisy one every time. If you do not, we will say so on the call and point you at the cheaper fix, which is usually your CRM, your follow-up speed, or your referral loop.

Outbound questions

Asked before most GTM engagements.

Does cold email still work in 2026? +

Yes, with adjusted expectations. Well-targeted, well-timed sequences from healthy infrastructure still book meetings reliably. Untargeted volume does not, and inbox providers penalize it quickly. The work is in the targeting and the infrastructure, which is why this page exists.

Will this put our main domain at risk? +

No. Outbound runs from separate sending domains with their own warmup and reputation. Your primary domain never sends a cold email. That separation is non-negotiable in our builds.

Is this CASL compliant? We are in Canada. +

We build for it: identification requirements, working unsubscribe handling, suppression lists, and guidance on consent categories for Canadian recipients. We are not lawyers and will say so, but the mechanics that compliance depends on are built in from the start, not patched after a complaint.

Who writes the emails? +

You and us together. We bring the structure that gets replies, you bring the knowledge of your customers, and the result sounds like a person from your company because it is. We do not ship copy you have not approved.

What results should we expect? +

Honest answer: it depends on your offer and list quality, and we do not quote a guaranteed meetings number before seeing both. What we commit to is the system: verified deliverability, clean data, full CRM visibility, and fast iteration on what the replies tell us.

Tell us who you wish was in your pipeline.

Thirty minutes. We will tell you whether outbound is your next move, and what the system to reach them costs.
